About the role

The Assistant Manager, Learning & Development supports the effective delivery of learning and development programs through training management, content design and development, training logistics, and operational coordination.

What you'll do

• Learning Operations & Training Management
• Independently manage assigned learning and development activities from intake through completion
• Coordinate training schedules, participant communications, materials, facilitator needs, and other logistical requirements
• Support training administration and program management activities to ensure consistent and timely delivery
• Maintain program documentation, trackers, schedules, and related operational information
