Assistant Manager- Loyalty Sales

About the role

Promote loyalty programs, referral schemes, and exclusive offers to existing buyers. Understand customer preferences and guide them through available inventory or upcoming projects. Coordinate with sales, CRM, and marketing teams to ensure consistent customer experience. Maintain and update customer database and track engagement metrics.

What you'll do

• Build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to generate referrals and repeat business
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the current customer base
• Maintain regular communication with customers through calls, emails, meetings, and events
