Assistant Manager Marketing

About the role

You will be developing strategic marketing plans for the hotel and then overseeing the implementation and execution of the various efforts associated with the marketing plan. This might include evaluating the results of different marketing campaigns, spearheading market research efforts, or coordinating initiatives across a variety of channels.

What you'll do

• Be developing strategic marketing plans for the hotel and then overseeing the implementation and execution of the various efforts associated with the marketing plan
• Execute hotel marketing strategies: Support the design and rollout of property-specific campaigns across digital channels, social media
• Report on campaign performance: Prepare and deliver monthly performance updates and marketing analyses to Sales and Revenue Management teams
• Support cross-functional initiatives: Partner with department leaders to execute targeted campaigns that drive revenue and guest engagement
