About the role

Maintain project trackers, campaign calendars, dashboards, action logs and review documents. Coordinate with businesses, sites, agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders to support timely execution of priorities. Track key milestones, follow-ups and dependencies to ensure visibility and closure of actions.

What you'll do

• Maintain project trackers, campaign calendars, dashboards, action logs and review documents
• Coordinate with businesses, sites, agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders to support timely execution of priorities
• Track key milestones, follow-ups and dependencies to ensure visibility and closure of actions
• Manage PRs, POs, vendor onboarding requirements, invoices, approvals and payment tracking
• Maintain financial trackers across campaigns, events, exhibitions and communication initiatives
