What you'll do
- Manage the research, design, and development of critical components for Medium Voltage (MV) Switchgear. Drive innovation, compliance
- "•Supervise VCB, RMU, AIS and GIS design activities for MV Switchgear
- Define and approve type and prototype test plans covering MV Switchgear components
- Coordinate type testing with accredited labs (KEMA, CESI, GCC Lab) and oversee in-house prototype validation
- Lead root cause analysis of failures and ensure effective corrective measures across both product families
