Assistant Manager- Online Marketing

About the role

As a part of the team, you will be responsible for the online marketing performance of hear.com Korea.

What you'll do

• Review campaign structure, budget allocation, targeting, and creative management to identify opportunities for improvement
• Go beyond metrics like CPL and CTR by connecting lead quality, consultation conversion, and revenue to build and execute channel mix and budget strategies
• Testing & innovation: Discover and test new elements such as offers, audiences, bidding strategies, campaign optimization methods, and new platform features
• Creative & funnel optimization: Collaborate with the product team to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and lead funnels

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Digital marketing
• Performance marketing
• Any graduate
