Assistant Manager - Operations (AUB)

About the role

The Air Hub Manager is accountable for end-to-end operational performance of an individual Air Hub, ensuring safe, timely and accurate movement of inbound, outbound and transit shipments in synchronization with flight schedules and downstream network cut-offs.

What you'll do

• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Connection success %, missed connection / offload reduction
• Processing throughput, inbound / outbound turnaround time
• % adherence to flight and network operational cut-offs
• Shipments per man-hour, shift productivity

What you need

• 8–11 yrs of experience
• Coordination
• MIS reporting
• Process improvement
• Root cause analysis
• Material handling
• Data analysis
• MBA or B.Tech or B.E.
