  • Lead the Scheduling Team – Develop and maintain a process for scheduling
  • Of 2. online lectures taken by the Teaching Team
  • Training the team for tackling problems faced during online lectures
  • Work closely with the Business Development Team
  • Handle slot bookings and confirmations on a daily basis for a team of 50
