Assistant Manager - Paid Media

About the role

PivotRoots, a Havas company, is looking for a Paid Media Specialist with 2-4 years of experience to manage and optimize digital campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing (lead generation) as well as branding campaigns focused on awareness and engagement.

What you'll do

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Manage performance-driven campaigns – including Search, Display, and Lead Generation. Handle branding campaigns – including YouTube, Display
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives
• Work closely with creative teams to develop engaging ad copies and visuals
• Generate regular reports and insights to improve campaign effectiveness

What you need
