We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate Assistant Manager – People & Culture , with a strong focus on Heartist Onboarding, Payroll Management, HR Operations, and Statutory Compliance .

What you'll do

• Heartist Onboarding & Employee Experience
• Lead and manage the complete onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless and memorable welcome experience for every new Heartist
• Coordinate pre-joining formalities, documentation, background verification, medical examinations, and joining arrangements
• Ensure timely completion of appointment letters, employment contracts, and statutory documentation
• Maintain onboarding trackers, probation confirmations, fixed-term contract renewals, and employee lifecycle documentation
