About the role

This role is responsible for managing seamless operations from onboarding to offboarding as a HR operations Asst. Manager within the Shared Service Centre. The candidate will have a deep understanding of HR processes, strong operational focus, and the ability to drive efficiency and compliance in all stages of HR

• Departments to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with legal and internal HR policies, preparing reports and supporting audits and reviews
• Identify process improvement opportunities, recommend solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional
• Teams on strategic HR projects
