Assistant Manager - Performance Marketing

About the role

As an Assistant Manager – Performance & Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital acquisition campaigns to scale our B2C fintech app. You will manage end-to-end campaigns across paid digital channels, analyze performance metrics, and implement data-driven strategies to improve user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

What you'll do

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive app downloads, user acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads/UAC, Meta Ads, search, display, remarketing, and affiliate marketing channels
• Monitor app funnel metrics, including attribution, conversion rates, Cost Per Install (CPI), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV)
• Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve targeting, creatives, bidding strategies, and conversion rates
• Track user journeys and campaign effectiveness using app attribution, analytics, and event-tracking tools
