About the role

Manages operational plans with some contribution towards the achievement of day-to-day results of a team or area of a small sub-function or specialty. Manages a team of entry-level and/ or experienced professionals, senior paraprofessionals, and/or supervisors/ leads. Focuses on establishing immediate (i.e., less than 1 year) operational plans.
