About the role

Responsible for process deliverables on timely and accurately as per the Onshore Manager’s expectations for the Invoice Processing, Employee Reimbursements, Supplier Maintenance and other process sub-functions as per the work assignment by Manager. Accountability and Ownership of the process. Ensuring TAT and SLA’s are met consistently

What you'll do

• Conduct process assessment, identify gaps and propose recommendations
• Monitor and deliver process and team metrics on daily basis. Prepare Service delivery pack and issue to management for review
• Manage transitions of the process, Onsite & remote
• Work with Manager/ onshore Supervisor(s) to assess training needs, address open issues
• Review performance of the team members and conduct regular team huddles, one to one meetings and give constructive feedback
