About the role

Understanding on solvent, emulsion and hotmelt based pressure sensitive adhesives Drives technology innovation through idea generation, root cause analysis, effective troubleshooting, and implementing lasting corrective actions. Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, clear communication, and structured data management.

What you'll do

• Design and formulate acrylics and rubber based novel pressure sensitive adhesives on market needs and customer specifications
• Responsible for continuous productivity and efficiency improvement through digitalization and automation, artificial intelligence and machine learnings
• Manage R&D process through Clarity platform including ideations to Project Develop stage
• Responsible for strategic idea generation aimed at cost mitigation and expanding the portfolio through new product development

What you need
