Assistant Manager-Reporting COE

About the role

JLL is seeking an Assistant Manager–Reporting COE to serve as a finance partner to Work Dynamics Technology group. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate financial insights, driving reporting standardization, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, enhancing data governance.

What you'll do

• Financial Reporting & Analysis
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting activities
• Prepare comprehensive variance analysis across Actuals, Forecast, Budget, and Prior Year results
• Analyze revenue, expenses, headcount, contractor costs, and project spend performance
• Identify key business drivers, risks, opportunities, and financial trends
