Support journey of Interdependent Safety Culture at Site Execute Health and Safety Roadmap for Zero Harm.

What you'll do

• Assist in the development and implementation of safety policies, procedures, and programs
• Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance
• Support safety training initiatives, ensuring employees are aware of and adhere to safety protocols
• Collaborate with the Safety Manager in investigating accidents, incidents, and near misses, and participate in root cause analysis
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of health and safety regulations and contribute to organizational compliance

What you need

• 4–5 yrs of experience
