What you'll do
- Oversee daily security operations and maintain a safe environment for guests, staff, and property assets
- Supervise and train security personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry best practices
- Monitor surveillance systems, access control points, and security equipment to identify potential vulnerabilities
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns whilst maintaining professional composure
