Assistant Manager/Senior Engineer - Taxation

About the role

Responsible for the Companys direct and indirect tax compliances. Responsible for review and filing of indirect tax (GST) returns along with timely payment of indirect taxes. Responsible for handling direct and indirect tax assessments, which involves extensive interaction with consultants, reviewing submissions and own the organization's tax responses to various authorities.

What you'll do

• Responsible for the Companys direct and indirect tax compliances
• Responsible for review and filing of indirect tax (GST) returns along with timely payment of indirect taxes
• Drive and optimize processes/ systems etc to improve compliance and make necessary changes so as to comply with the dynamic tax environment
• Responsible for preparation of schedules and coordination with the Statutory auditors on timely closure and filing of tax audits reports, tax returns etc
• Drive process improvements, cross functional co-ordinations and work on projects as may be assigned from time to time Transfer Pricing
