Assistant Manager / Senior Executive – Sales Coordination (QCN)

About the role

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Sales Coordinator to join our fast-paced Ad Sales team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth sales operations, accurate execution of campaigns, and maximizing revenue opportunities. If you enjoy working with data, coordinating across teams, and being at the center of sales execution, this role is for you.

What you'll do

• Accurately process sales orders within defined timelines
• Work extensively on Excel for tracking, reporting, and data analysis
• Identify opportunities to maximize revenue by suggesting alternative/replacement inventory
• Monitor bookings proactively, highlight discrepancies, and ensure timely corrections
• Coordinate seamlessly between Sales and Operations teams
