What you'll do

  • Be working with a team of a highly passionate, self-driven and committed group of people
  • Planning of officers on vessels as per the relief status, matrix requirements and other criteria of company selection
  • Keep in touch with the candidates on leave and obtain information regarding their availability and re-joining
  • Follow up with Branches and at times double checking Availability with Candidates
  • Following Ex hand Candidates to know their rejoining plans, expiring documents, revalidation documents

What you need

  • 7–10 yrs of experience
