What you'll do

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules (ITAM/ITOM/HAM/SAM/Etc…) to meet business requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on ServiceNow functionality
Develop custom workflows, integrations, and data models using ServiceNow's scripting language
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow application performance and data integrity
Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow applications and features
