About the role

Foster a warm, welcoming environment for guests, providing personalized service and addressing any concerns or special requests. Promote and integrate wellness and longevity practices into the spa’s offerings, ensuring alignment with the latest industry trends and best practices.

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa, including staff management, guest services, and facility maintenance
• Ensure the spa meets and exceeds quality standards, adhering to Fairmont’s policies and procedures
• Assist in developing and implementing spa protocols, ensuring all services and treatments are delivered to the highest standards
• Assist in creating and maintaining a unique and memorable spa experience, tailored to individual guest needs
• Support in recruiting, training, and supervising spa staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver exceptional services

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• Communication
• BBA
