About the role

Overview As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless execution of recruitment coordination processes across different hiring categories: Professional External & Internal Hiring, Frontline Hiring for South Africa. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Recruitment Coordination & Process Management Requisition Management: Ensure accurate entry, updates
• Facilitate background checks, tracking progress, and resolving any related issues
• Onboarding Coordination: Support pre-boarding activities, including new hire documentation and orientation scheduling
• Ensure a smooth transition for new hires, resolving any onboarding-related concerns efficiently
• Process Oversight: Monitor all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely completion of each stage while maintaining high service standards
