Assistant Manager (TAS)

About the role

We are looking for an accomplished Assistant Manager – Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in financial due diligence within a Big 4 or equivalent advisory practice, with exposure to both buy-side and sell-side transactions.

What you'll do

• Due Diligence & Analysis
• Conduct in-depth analysis of target company financials, including Quality of Earnings (QoE), Net Working Capital (NWC), Debt-like items , and key deal considerations
• Translate financial data into actionable Excel-based analyses and workbooks to support U.S.-based engagement teams
• Perform financial ratio analysis, benchmarking, and trend analysis to identify key risks and opportunities
• Deal Execution & Client Interaction

What you need

• 4–7 yrs of experience
• Due diligence

• Chartered Accountant or MBA
