What you'll do

• Platform Support & Sustainment: Support day-to-day sustainment activities for TDMI tax technology platforms, including ONESOURCE DataFlow, Data Hub, Tax Provision
• Assist with configuration, testing, release validation, defect tracking, and user support activities under the direction of the Manager, TDMI
• Triage corporate tax technology support tickets, perform initial root-cause analysis, document findings, and escalate complex issues to senior team members, IT
• Perform data quality checks, exception analysis, tie-outs, and issue follow-up to support accuracy and consistency across tax systems and upstream ERP integrations
• Maintain data mapping, process documentation, validation evidence, and repeatable workpapers that support reliable close and compliance cycles
