Assistant Manager - Training

About the role

Enable sales productivity in the Banca channel by designing, delivering, and managing training for bank partner branches and frontline teams—ensuring compliance with IRDAI norms and alignment with business objectives.

What you'll do

• Training Strategy & Planning
• Build and execute the regional/cluster training plan for bank branches, RMs, service staff, and partner leadership cadences
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) using performance data (activation, APE, conversion, cross-sell, persistency) and business inputs
• Align the training calendar to product priorities, strategic campaigns, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Partner L&D to ensure accuracy and audit readiness
