What you'll do

• Drive man cost control initiatives by enhancing productivity across the production line, ensuring efficient resource utilization aligned with budgetary goals
• Implement comprehensive cost reduction strategies targeting scrap, consumable materials, and manpower expenses to optimise operational efficiency
• Lead department budgeting processes, including meticulous planning, monitoring, and adjustment to meet financial and production targets
• Achieve and sustain SPR (Standard Performance Ratio) improvements exceeding 90% through continuous process enhancements and team engagement
• Conduct detailed defects data analysis to identify root causes and formulate robust corrective actions, ensuring reduction in quality-related incidents

What you need

• 3–7 yrs of experience
• Lean manufacturing
• Six Sigma
• Heavy vehicle licence
• B.Tech or B.E.
