Assistant Manager - TS (Concrete)

About the role

Overview To obtain the most suitable Sika admixture approved with Sika customers, such as ready-mix concrete producers, contractors, precast producers etc. In case, standard admixtures do not meet the customer requirements, suggest suitable modifications in the concrete mix design or as a last option do modifications in the admixture formulation to meet the concrete requirements.

What you'll do

• Product approval of new & existing customers leading to sales growth Understand and align product development as per customer requirement Mix designs as per customer…
• Conduct Laboratory testing relating to Concrete, Aggregates, and Cement
• Record, analyse, certify and prepare summaries of findings and maintain records of the results
• Troubleshoot to determine reasons for problems of complaints
• Provide technical support to customers /contractors on site
