Assistant Project Manager

About the role

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end project commercial and billing functions, including BOQ management, cost control, measurement and valuation, billing cycles, and variation management. The position ensures alignment with project budgets, contractual obligations, cash flow requirements, and overall financial performance.

What you'll do

• Conduct regular commercial and billing review meetings to track cost performance, variations, claims, and cash flow status
• Prepare, review, and validate RA bills, final bills, and subcontractor bills, ensuring compliance with contract terms and project milestones
