About the role

Obtaining the requests for PQ from the SPOC assigned, on the PQ format only. Assessment of the Package & its requirement based on the set PQ criteria mutually agreed. Tailoring the PQ requirement as per the package. Initiation of pre-qualification process through emails containing the questionnaire & client feedback form & intimating the same through phone calls.

What you'll do

• Follow ups for site address (on-going project/ completed project) for the site visit
• Follow-up with the vendors for sharing the PQ questionnaire and relevant documents asked to share in the PQ questionnaire
• Assessing the documents and reply to questionnaire shared by the vendor
• Making follow-up for missing information not shared by the vendor in PQ questionnaire within the TAT agreed
• Analysing the PQ documents & questionnaire and shortlists the company

What you need

• 5–10 yrs of experience
• Project management
• Tailoring
• B.Tech or B.E. or Diploma
