Assistant Scheme Administrator - Organic Certification

About the role

We're looking for a dedicated Assistant Scheme Administrator to support our certification team in keeping audit review and compliance running smoothly. The role focuses on reviewing audit documents, ensuring scheme compliance, and managing the certification database — making it a great fit for candidates with a relevant academic background and a sharp eye for detail.

What you'll do

• Ensure the optimal day-to-day operations of the certification division
• Review new scheme requirements and update audit guidelines, accordingly, keeping inspectors informed of any changes
• Ensure that the most current version of the checklist is used at all audits
• Complete all relevant internal training, authorisations, and any external training or examinations as required by the applicable scheme
• Maintain the certification database and manage filing systems in an organised and up-to-date manner

What you need

• 0–4 yrs of experience
• Any graduate
