About the role

We are looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to own and grow our strategic bank partnerships. You'll be the primary bridge between our product/ops team and senior stakeholders at partner banks, driving engagement, adoption, and business growth through data, coordination, and accountability.

What you'll do

  • 1. Bank Stakeholder Engagement*
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership + product teams at partner banks
  • Drive product adoption, new initiatives, and issue resolution with bank product heads
  • Act as SPOC for all strategic discussions and escalations
  • 2. IT & Ops Coordination*
