About the role

As a Transfer Agency Operations Manager, you will lead cash and trade processing for Citi's EMEA and APAC clients, acting as the operations subject matter expert for Transfer Agency services delivered from the Gurgaon Client Service Centre. This role offers the opportunity to shape process efficiency and support organizational change across a critical global operations function.

What you'll do

  • Manage end-to-end Transfer Agency operations for Citi's EMEA and APAC clients from the Gurgaon Client Service Centre, covering AML name screening
  • Lead and develop a team of approximately 10 operations professionals, managing performance, identifying training needs, and guiding hiring, promotion, and pay decisions
  • Review service quality, production systems, and client reporting, and resolve complex transaction issues to keep team deliverables aligned with performance and quality…
  • Drive process efficiency initiatives that strengthen operational controls and reduce manual effort
