What you'll do

  • 1.Departmental Reporting & MIS Management: Oversee the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of periodic departmental reports and MIS
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submission to senior management
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to track key credit metrics, portfolio performance, and operational efficiency
  • Policy Training & Capacity Building: Design and deliver comprehensive policy-level training programs for ACMs, ZCMs
  • Representation in Business Forums: Act as a representative of the Credit Department in Business Review Meetings (BRMs), strategy discussions
