About the role

This role is accountable for delivering high‑quality service, executing transformation initiatives, and maintaining strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives. Own end‑to‑end finance processes for the Insurance L&A segment, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

What you'll do

• Own end‑to‑end finance processes for the Insurance L&A segment, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Lead month‑end and quarter‑end closing activities, delivering timely and error‑free financial statements
• Drive transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, automation, and data integrity
• Manage service delivery performance against SLAs and continuously enhance operational quality
• Act as primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, addressing queries and aligning expectations

What you need

• 12–22 yrs of experience
• Financial statements
• Internal controls
• Month-end close
• Power BI
• Reporting
• Excel
• Chartered Accountant or MBA or B.Com
