Assistant Vice President Liabilities and Demat Operations

About the role

The role holder will provide dedicated end-to-end ownership of the operational, regulatory, governance and control requirements across the Liabilities and Demat businesses.

What you'll do

• Provide independent oversight of day-to-day operations across CASA, Term Deposits, FCNR and other liability products
• Own end-to-end Demat/DP operations, including account opening, maintenance, transactions, documentation, reconciliation, exception management and closure
• Translate applicable RBI, SEBI, NSDL, depository and other regulatory requirements into timely changes to processes, systems, operating instructions and controls
• Ensure adherence to approved product programmes, standard operating procedures, operating processes and relevant regulatory requirements
• Maintain product documentation, SOPs, operating instructions, control frameworks, regulatory trackers, evidence repositories, MIS and governance records
