About the role

India, Maharashtra, Mumbai, Mumbai - Andheri LBP, Mumbai - Andheri LBP, 2101, Corporate Conceptualise and execute internal communication campaigns for cross-functional teams, including but not limited to teaser launches, roll-out plans, sustainment creatives, employee engagement initiatives, contests etc

What you'll do

• Build content for internal platforms including the intranet and other digital platforms for employees
• Drive the conceptualisation, editorial planning, design direction, and production of the company newsletter, departmental newsletters, employee manuals
• Lead the development and execution of the organisation's annual report from concept to completion, including theme development, content structure
• Plan and coordinate corporate photo shoots, leadership portraits, and visual asset creation, including conducting site recces, supervising shoots
• Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all internal communication outputs in line with brand and corporate guidelines
