Assistant Vice President - Product Development

About the role

Analyze market, competitor, and customer insights to identify opportunity gaps and shape product strategy and roadmap. Lead product ideation; collaborate with actuarial/underwriting to finalize pricing, eligibility, and coverage. Prepare and review policy wordings and ensure full IRDAI compliance, including filings, approvals, and documentation governance.

What you'll do

• Define digital journeys, product requirements, and system changes with technology teams
• Drive launch plans, onboarding programs, and channel readiness
• Support sales and marketing with GTM materials, training, feedback gathering and channel performance
