Assistant Vice President, Specialist, Operational Risk Management, Firm-Wide, Technology and Operations

About the role

Group Operations enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble, and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

What you'll do

• Perform independent assessment of adherence to existing regulations
• Ensure that all new regulations are disseminated and assigned to the respective département heads in Operations for further assessment
• Collaborate with the various Operations teams to assess the impact of regulations and perform gap analysis
• Work with the Operations teams for relevant process enhancements and fixes and updation of the SOP documents wherever required
