Assoc Analyst Vendor Contracts

About the role

Under direct oversight, implement and maintain contract pricing for prime vendor and non-prime vendor accounts for branded products. This position is responsible for creating and maintaining the contracts between Vendor and Customer / Vendor and Medline. The vendor contract receives contract copies from the Vendor to set up a new contract or update an existing contract.

What you'll do

• Responsible for the accurate evaluation and interpretation of a high volume of contracts to ensure all necessary contracts are setup in SAP-Vistex
• Responsible for modification and renewal of contracts in SAP-Vistex
• Working with vendors to obtain contract pricing and tier eligibility
• Working on multiple applications and Vendor portals for extracting and updating data in SAP-Vistex
• Monitor expiring contracts and make any necessary changes in SAP-Vistex as confirmed by the vendors

What you need

• 2–3 yrs of experience
• Excel
• SAP
• MBA or B.Pharm or M.Pharm
