Associate Analyst, Customer Operational Excellence

About the role

Reporting to the Director, Services BD Insights & Enablement, the Analyst will play a key role in supporting the implementation and ongoing evolution of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform for the Services organization. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that sits at the intersection of sales enablement, product management (internally facing), and process transformation.

What you'll do

• Support the design, preparation, and optimization of Services contracting workflows within the CLM platform
• Assist in translating business requirements into structured workflows, rules, and templates within CLM
• Work closely with stakeholders (Legal, Sales, Operations) to map and migrate contractual constructs into systemized processes
• Participate in testing of new CLM features, including identifying issues, validating outputs, and supporting remediation efforts
• Leverage tools such as Ironclad, Salesforce, Signavio, CPQ, and other enablement platforms to enhance execution and efficiency
