About the role

The Accounts Payable Associate will be responsible for managing end-to-end AP operations for APAC/EMEA entities, ensuring accurate invoice processing, timely payments, vendor reconciliation, and compliance with APAC/EMEA VAT requirements.

What you'll do

• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Validate invoices for proper approvals, supporting documentation, coding, and compliance requirements
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents (2-way/3-way matching). Validate invoice data including coding, approval matrix, and vendor details
• Manage invoice workflow and follow up with approvers to ensure timely approvals and payment processing
• Prepare and process payment runs through various payment methods, including bank transfers, checks, and electronic payments
