About the role
Brio Homebuilder Solutions finances production homebuilders and residential developers nationwide. We specialize in revolving lines of credit and acquisition, development, and construction (ADC) facilities that enable the development, construction, and sale of new homes in major U.S. metropolitan markets.
What you'll do
- Construction & Inventory Monitoring: Monitor development progress, construction milestones, project phasing, builder inventory, home starts, completions, closings
- Borrower Requests & Credit Actions: Evaluate extensions, modifications, waivers, consents, amendments
- Inspections & Project Oversight: Coordinate property inspections, field reviews
- Issue Management: Identify and evaluate asset-specific challenges, covenant issues, project deviations
- Loan Servicing & Administration: Coordinate funding requests, payoff activity, collateral releases, satisfactions, reconveyances
What you need
