What you'll do

• Monitoring and providing insights to ensure a granular and active steering capability to optimize Banking and Global CIB ( (Corporate and Institutional Banking) RoTE…
• Collaboration to deliver precision pricing framework and metrics to effectively signal correct economics to bankers, supporting accurate decisioning and growth
• Supporting operation of an effective Global Booking Model for Banking, including effective internal distribution model
• Operating marginal pricing pilots and capability, including pricing signals to Strategic Client Origination
• Distribution requests to Portfolio Optimisation
