About the role

To develop and execute brand, marketing and communication initiatives through content strategy, digital marketing, employer branding, stakeholder engagement and agency management to strengthen brand visibility, customer engagement and business objectives. Develop and execute social media content strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement and reach across digital platforms.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute brand, marketing and communication initiatives through content strategy, digital marketing, employer branding
• Develop and execute social media content strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement and reach across digital platforms
• Plan, create, and publish content aligned with brand positioning, campaign objectives and communication priorities
• Manage agency relationships and ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns, content assets and communication initiatives
• Partner with HR and internal stakeholders to drive employee engagement, employer branding and internal communication programs
