Associate Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Techno-Functional Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in technical configuration, product understanding, and system integrations, with a long-term goal of transitioning into a Project/Product Manager role.

What you'll do

• Understand technical configurations of the product and ensure accurate implementation
• Gather and analyze technical and system integration requirements from clients
• Read and interpret project requirement documents to identify necessary implementations
• Conduct gap analysis between systems & APIs and recommend integration solutions
• Test APIs, analyze responses, and document functional specifications (FSD)
