Associate Business Analyst (SRA)

About the role

We are looking for an Associate SRA (Business Analyst) to drive Success Rate (SR) analysis across our payment ecosystem. This role will focus on analyzing, and optimizing transaction success rates across merchants, platforms, and categories, identifying patterns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance payment performance.

What you'll do

• Analyze Transaction Data: Track and assess payment success rates across different channels, banks, issuers, and payment methods
• Identify Bottlenecks: Investigate failures, latency issues, and drop-offs affecting transaction success
• Monitor Key Metrics: Define and track success rate KPIs, benchmark against industry standards, and ensure continuous improvements
• Process Optimization: Recommend and implement strategies to enhance transaction reliability and efficiency
