About the role

The role coordinates with project leadership and internal functions, including Staffing, Billing and Collections, Deal Administration, and Finance, to support accurate reporting, timely execution, and effective issue resolution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Liaise with internal teams, including Staffing, Collections, Invoicing, and Client Finance
• Maintain timely and accurate updates in key reports and systems
• Identify operational or financial challenges, collaborate on resolutions, and escalate issues promptly when required
• Coordinate and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities for assigned accounts
• Provide ad hoc reports and data as needed
