Associate – Business Process & AI Transformation

About the role

As an Associate you will support the delivery CCOR Operations Transformation Capability AI-enabled initiatives within CCOR by conducting end-to-end process analysis, process mapping, process reimagination, and operating model design. You will partner with operations stakeholders, process owners, product delivery, technology, data science, and controls teams to identify inefficiencies and define future-state workflows.

What you'll do

• Develop detailed current-state and future-state process maps using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) 2.0 , capturing workflows, decision points, hand-offs
• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, manual effort, duplication, bottlenecks, and control gaps
• Identify and assess opportunities for large language model-based solutions, guided pathways, agentic workflows, low-code automation
• Translate process analysis into proposed future-state operating models, defining roles, responsibilities, human decision points, exception handling, quality checks
• Partner with process owners and business stakeholders to document business requirements, user journeys, functional needs, acceptance criteria
